Mr. Sunil Gangavane : PUKAR YF Project Coordinator
Before joining PUKAR as a Project Coordinator he worked as a Youth Research Fellow for four years, researching on various community issues. As our team coordinator he has been instrumental in shaping up and narrowing down of our research topic & providing every help that we needed.
Mr. Anand Vaidya : Youth Research Fellow & Catalyst
He is a Post-Graduate in Science from Mumbai University and is a Social Entrepreneur by profession. He is also associated with various non-government organisations as a volunteer. He took the initiative to form this group.
Mr. Amod Vaidya : Youth Research Fellow
He is Graduate in Science from Mumbai University and is working with a private company. He brings with him organizational skills with critical competencies such as team bonding.
Ms. Manisha Bhurke : Youth Research Fellow
She is suffering from Cerebral Palsy and uses wheelchair. She has done her first year BA from Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, works with a multi-national company as Front Office Executive and is a life care member of MBA Foundation. She brings with her organizational skills, leadership skills & team building. She is also a good singer.
Mr. Yogesh Panchal : Youth Research Fellow
He is paralyzed down the waist after he met with a fatal road accident. He works with Deloitte company and also works part-time with NASEOH organisation teaching Autistic children.
Mr. Akhil B'Shriram : Youth Research Fellow
He is Autistic and is a trusty of MBA Foundation. He is responsible for marketing of products made by disabled students of his organisation.
Mr. Ashok Gupta : Youth Research Fellow
He is suffering from Polio and uses crutches. He has done Masters of Commerce Part I from Mumbai University and takes home tuitions of 3rd/4th standard students. He write good Shayaris.
Ms. Chanda Jagde : Youth Research Fellow
She lost both her legs in a rail accident when she was 16 years old. Now she walks on Jaipur foot and uses crutches. She has done her SSC privately and works as full time staff of MBA Foundation and is a good singer.
Mr. Rohan Shintre : Youth Research Fellow
He is suffering from Polio and walks with the help of crutches. He is doing his third year B Com from Mumbai University.
Ms. Sharda Jitekar : Youth Research Fellow
She had Asthma in her earlier years and suffers from bone deformity due to calcium deficiency. She has done her SSC privately and works as full time staff of MBA Foundation and is a good singer.
Ms. Yasmin Shaikh : Youth Research Fellow
She suffers from polio and never attended school. She teaches Kuran to children in her society. She write good Shayaris and drives her own modified scooter.
Mr. Vaibhav Padhye : Youth Research Fellow
He suffers from Cerebral Palsy and uses wheelchair. He has done his SSC from Mumbai University. Due to some personal problems he had to opt out of our team and was replaced by Sharda Jitekar.
